|Description:||Responsible for actively assisting all customers with all their banking/account transaction needs. Processes teller transactions in a prompt, efficient, and effective manner. Generates new business leads with pro-active referral effort. |
This position is located at our Conshohocken Branch, 221 Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
|Duties:||Maintains the highest level of operational integrity/customer service standards and accuracy in all Teller functions and responsibilities; Processes Teller Transactions and functions for daily settlement accurately and in a timely manner; Ensures that all customer transactions and/or adjustments for accurate processing are handled promptly; Performs functions as trained for and directed by the Head Teller/Financial Center management with vault, ATM, night depository, safe deposit and other teller line duties, functions and handling transactions within appropriate Teller limits; Responsible for securing approval /override for any transaction(s) exceeding Teller limits, maintaining/observing Teller cash limits and currency security at all times; Process auxiliary services as required (i.e. Official Checks, bond redemptionís, travelerís checks, wire requests, safe deposit box attendant /rent, and Gift Cards); Responsible for promptly and accurately recording and reporting Large Currency Transactions, Suspicious Activity, the sale of monetary instruments and the accurate completion of other logs relating to teller line and customer activity; Responsible for honoring and ensuring customer privacy; Works to meet referral goals and company sales objectives; Supports One-Company corporate sales initiatives by soliciting referrals from existing clients in the Financial Center to all Lines of Business (Banking, Insurance and Investments.) |
|Qualifications:||A high school diploma or GED equivalent required; Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient mathematics skills; good communication and personal relations skills; good hand-eye coordination; moderate problem solving skills; ability to give or take and act upon direction and work with others in a team environment; ability to operate various office machines; Ability to stand for long periods of time; lift and move 25 to 40 lbs.; the job is highly interactive which requires visual and auditory skills. Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.|
